The staffs are very helpful and friendly, great location, and the rooms are very clean. Also, pretty reasonable prices.
The suite we stayed has the bedroom located at the basement, which makes the room a bit dark. Other than that, living area and kitchen which located at the ground level is pretty nice.
Classic old building in a pedestrianized area just off a square that connects with a major road. Very clean, well laundered, fabulous location. Bathroom included towels, shampoo, gel etc and a maid made the beds daily. Internet access inside the apartment was very handy. Parking is available very close to the hotel too.
There was no kettle and the lack of two separate bathrooms was inconvenient, as was the all-Spanish tv. The double beds were twin beds pushed together. The entrance light cannot be switched on from the other side of the inner gate, which can make it hard to enter. However, all of these things were acceptable for the price and many probably relate to this being the last available apartment at the time.

Good location in lovely Santa Cruz area and near main sites including cathedral and Alcazar. Lift to all floors. Well-equipped apartment with washing machine, cooker and fridge.
Missing kettle and mugs - only very tiny cups and saucers. Lacking safe in each apartment.
If you're going with friends, renting an apartment is the best choice. Very close to all sightseeing, parking also was not far from the apartment.

Location and style
On check-in we found that we were moved from Las Cruces to the Murillo apartments because of some issues with the original room. That wasn't a problem for us as it was just some 200 meters away and we were offered the same conditions. Location was great, in the pedestrian zone of Santa Cruz (it's worth having a map of the area so you won't get lost on arrival!). Room was clean and comfortable. Friendly staff and very close to the great attractions of Sevilla.

Apartment in the center, all within walking distance. Two bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen and great value. Appartamento in centro, tutto a due passi. Due camere e cucina attrezzatissima e il prezzo ottimo.
Location in the very centre of tourist attractions. All within 20 minute walking distance. Apartment very nicely centrally air conditioned.
Access to the apartment is through a narrow pedestrian lane and so you have to walk with your luggage about 200 meters from the car park/taxi stand to reach the apartment

Forget parking..there is none unless you have a motorbike. There is no sound-proofing in this apartment so not only do you hear the street sounds but also all others both above and around you.

The apartment was in a fantastic location in old town and within a quick walk of several quality restaurants, bars and historic sites. The room had a great refrigerator, ac, and was very comfortable.
It was very hard to find the place with our gps. The street name did not exist since it was a pedestrian street. We stopped at a local hotel to get directions to a parking garage, close by, only to find out that you had to go to the Marillo hotel to check in, again in a pedestrian only zone. We lucked out parking where we did because that is the closest parking garage. Once we were in the apartment everything was great, but checking in and finding the place can be an adventure. ..

Wonderful location in an old building on a tiny little square in the very heart of Seville. 2 bedroom apartment with two separate bathrooms was very comfortable for our group of two pairs. Some of the best Seville's restaurants are located in 1 min walk from the building. Our absolute #1 was Vinería San Telmo. The public parking at the Murillo gardens is very close to the hotel, which is luxury in Seville.
The fact that the reception is located in another building a few blocks away, which was a bit tricky to find upon arrival. Later I realized that they did send a detailed email with the instructions on how to get there, which was captured by my spam filter.
The apartment was very clean and newly furnished with linen, towels and complimentary toiletries, and the small kitchen was well equipped. Location was perfect, in the maze of narrow streets of the historic Santa Cruz district. There's no passing motor traffic though you can hear people talking as they pass by, it was quiet at night though, there are no bars within earshot. Very effective aircon.

From the point where the bus stop,(airport bus) is quite far to walk for an old lady, because I'm with my mum who's already 59 years old. But for youngsters, is okay.
The apartment is so well located in the santacruz area that you have made the best choice. The apartment facilities and the room facilities are modern and the wifi is also very fast. I must mention Mr juan very friendly and very helpful.The santacruz area in sevilla is rocking on weekends and the free flamenco show is just behind the hotel is authentic and fun. I lovd the apartment and felt two nights were short.

Great location in quiet historic square; comfortable, clean, two lovely balconies with geraniums, near to bars, restaurants and sights. Well equipped with washing machine & iron. Friendly, helpful staff.

The location is perfect to visit the centrer of Sevilla. It is located and the end of the park and few mts. From all principal restaurants. Really thasnk to the staff that have supported me for everithing.

We had a large 2 bedroom apartment, lots of room, in a very secure building. Loved it - was quiet and comfortable, kids had their own room, and it was and an easy walk to the main sights. Would stay again. Wifi worked well.

The apartments were right in the centre of the Santa Cruz district of Seville which was wonderful. Our apartment was clean, light, reasonably quiet and extremely well located. The hotel staff were polite and responsive.
There was no information at all in the apartment about contacting the reception or anything else for that matter -- so on two occasions I had to walk five minutes to the reception -- once when my daughter was sick and needed to see a doctor. We were not given a map of Sevilla on our arrival.

The apartment Las Cruces has an excellent location, situated in the old neighborhood of Santa Cruz, a place where you can really feel the Andalusian ambient.. Every corner of Santa Cruz has its own secret.. I loved the "patio" and the Italian accent of the receptionist at apartments Murillo:) He was so kind :)
No wifi
I liked that we got transfered to their other Hotel, because of a problem they had in the apartment that we had booked.
We booked the 3 bedroom but they gave us the 1 bedroom. When we went to complain, they said that as we were 3 people, we could stay in the 1 bedroom (regardless we paying for the 3 bedroom). Of course it was unacceptable and we said so. Finally they offered us two suites at the Murilo Hotel, which was fine.

Great location right in the old city center in pedestrians area.
Internet connection was constant problem for us and other guests and nobody seemed to care too much. Small defects in bathroom and kitchen, no chairs nor table on the roof terrace. Small things but as this is not cheap apartement staff could care more about making everything work perfect.

Not very good quality for the money in Spain. We were in an apartment on the first floor - no balcony, very few dishes in the kitchen

Very bad service. I was sick during stay and was very weak. The last morning, in order to not stay outside for too long, I asked if we could check out at latest 12am in stead of 10am but was refused rudely. They only care about their rules but not their customers. This is the worst service we've ever had during all our travels in Europe in the past years.
The location is great. Just a few minutes walking through lovely narrow streets to the centre but just outside the noise.
The boiler was broken and the wifi-connection didn't work. They first offered us a shower in another appartment but as soon as they found out they couldn't fix it we asked for another room. We got free breakfast and a reduced price for the inconvenience.
The location in Barrio Santa Cruz is great. Feel pretty secure - it takes three keys to get in.
The building is in a very convenient location, although the check in at another location is a bit inconvenient. The particular apartment we were given was awful. The sewer smell downstairs was overwhelming. There was a window over the staircase but didn't open the blinds since those walking by could see in. The lack of view to the outside made the apt feel dark and uninviting. Having a few basics in the kitchen would be nice. I wouldn't plan to stay there again.
