Great attention to detail, whithout being stuffy our pretentious. One felt at home and confortable. Newspapers are available in the reception area and books in the lounge, and drinks are available in the mini bar of the room free of charge. We had dinner one night at the hotel and enjoyed it greatly. We overheard quite a few clients mentioning that they had been there before and were planning to return.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean, good location. The room was very inviting and comfortable. Bright, warm with awesome windows. Shuttered doors leading onto enclosed sun room. The Hospederia was an old Hospital for Pilgrams and a monastery. It has been fixed up with rooms. The staff were helpful. The rooms clean as well as the bathhrooms. The breakfasts were routine buffet style and more than adequate.

I liked everything! It's right beside the Cathedral. The building itself is beautiful, the rooms are basic but very clean. Breakfast was lovely, all staff were very helpful. The city is Santiago is beautiful, it's definitely a place I will go back to and would recommend it to everyone. There's such a good atmosphere there, everyone is relaxed and friendly.

Open space, very good breakfast. Central although one had to use car to go to city centre but otherwise very convenient to reach motorway.Very very clean. I would recomment it to everyone. - The staff were very friendly; excellent value for money (the standard of accommodation was very high)
