Small but adequate bathroom
I didn't like that the booking I made was changed at the last minute. I booked a room with a balcony 6 months before we can and four days before we arrived u cancelled our room with a balcony and double bed.

Close to city walking distance to everything. Taxi up the road. Staff excellent especially Lua whom spoke little english but was very helpful.
Great location for cathedral, restaurants, shops and parkng. Owners very welcoming. Loved the decor and ambience. Lots of charm and great value for money.

It was excellent in all ways * it was clean, nicely designed , bright, warm, open and friendly , just around the corner from the cathedral, but with ready access to taxis too. the staff , Diego and the young woman (whose name I didn't get) were exceptionally friendly and helpful ~~ in short a delightful place !! I d stay there again ~~)
the wifi didn't work too well ~ maybe a new router ?

We had no problems parking-and ended up seeing the hotel as soon as we emerged from the garage-perfect! It's right next to the police station, so very quiet and safe (not that other parts of the city aren't). It was a very short walk to the cathedral and the city was fantastic to wander through. The room was absolutely comfortable-the best hotel we stayed at on our week-long trip. The heat was on, there was a hair dryer for me to use, they even had an electric kettle and tea sitting in our room for us. It was clean and fabulous to return to at the end of each day. Breakfast was amazing in the bar/cafe downstairs- fresh orange juice, tea/coffee/the best hot chocolate you'll ever have, and a croissant or toasted bread. Great service and a great place to stay.

Perfect location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Incredible value for money. Breakfast was included in the price and it was fresh and nice!. For 2 star it was amazing quality. The hotel provided even toiletries. Everything was perfect.
Would be nice to have an extra pillow. But this is a very minor thing

no fridge,no elevator,very poor breakfast.We stayed in the attik , the room is small for 4persons and the ceiling is very low.Watch your heads.
