I liked the location and the view to the village of San Jose when going
to the bedrooms.

Some cracks in the room.
I paid 95 euros for a night in a bedroom with two tiny beds. The door to
the balcony did not work. It stayed open and unsafe. The technician
fixed it but I was jailed after that as I couln´t even open the door or
go outside to enjoy the balcony. Breakfast was incredibly poor,
artificial juice, not variety of bread , terrible fruit. It is not a 4

Staff not so helpful, we asked for a double size bed and we had a twin
room! No room service, no frigobar insects in the room not a 4 star
hotel at all!.
