  Really nice staff, always happy and willing to help. Location can't be better if beach is where you want to go, only 100m or so (and S'Arenal beach was in suberb condition, really suitable for kids also). Also harbour for fishing trips was only 500m away. Dinner buffet cost only 4.5€ and the food was good so plus points for that also. - Very help... vad folk säger » ful and friendly staff, very clean, very close to the beach, shop, bus stations, really nice dinner with choices of fish//chicken/turkey/salads/fruits, etc. Wifi in 2 floors, safe to rent if you need. It is great value for the cost.

  Great choice of food and drinks at every meal, bar open from morning till midnight, location near the beach and the port area. Great value for money! Night entertainment. Staff very corteous and nice. Big parking free right in front of the hotel!   Nothing - see below... - The pool was really nice. It had plenty of shade for those hot days. We had a room with a balcony over the pool which was lovely. The hotel bar was good and quite cheap.

  This is a 3 star hotel with a 5 star setting. Yes the rooms are basic and in need of a refurb but that is reflected in the bargain price and with views like this you won't be spending much time in doors. The beach whilst small is quaint and the bathing area safe for young children. You don't have to swim out far to see lots of - I was impressed by the organisation of the team of cleaners who were friendly & worked hard cleaning just about everything from sand on beach to showers & chairs & railings & fences as well as rooms & obvious areas. The staff on the reception were always friendly & helpful. But most of all the Team of young entertainers . Dave & his team were amazing - always friendly to parents but fantastic with the children . They were never too busy for anyone "kids or adults" .

  Fantastic location, the kids loved both the cove on one side of the complex and also the diving platform and rocks on the other side. Good selection of pools too. Lovely setting which is beautifully maintained. Apartment is spacious and nicely decorated apart from the bathroom which was a little tired. There is amazing restaurant "Paparazzi" just in front of the hotel with nice food and delisious pizza for takeaway. The stuff at the reception easily organized a rental car for us and invited a doctor when we had a problem with jellyfish. Our apartment was cosy and comfortable.

  Food excellent. Staff pleasant and helpful. Great value for money. Elderly relative did find all the steps up to the room quite difficult. We didn't have young children with us but there seemed to be good entertainment for them.   We had a wonderful 5 nights stay. The property was beautiful in the typical style of the Majorque fincas, extremely comfortable, in a very quite area and only at a very short distance from Pollenca. The garden and the swimming pool were superb. The breakfast was great. Staff was extremely friendly and very helpful.
