  The apartment we stayed (223) in slept 6 people although there were only 3 of us. Myself and my partner had a really nice, clean en suite double room within the apartment with doors leading onto a huge balcony. The en suite had a hairdryer, complementary toiletries, plenty of to - We loved our stay here. While the hotel is located beside an undeveloped swamp, this was mostly hidden! Our balcony view was lovely, we were very comfortable in the 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment was extremely well equipped, important for a self catering holiday. A dishwasher and washing machine were provided and washing tablets for both appliances! This was a first and incredibly helpful. Had I known I could have cut down even more on the packing!   This is a 3 star hotel with a 5 star setting. Yes the rooms are basic and in need of a refurb but that is reflected in the bargain price and with views like this you won't be spending much time in doors. The beach whilst small is quaint and the bathing area safe for young children. You don't have to swim out far to see lots of - I was impressed by the organisation of the team of cleaners who were friendly & worked hard cleaning just about everything from sand on beach to showers & chairs & railings & fences as well as rooms & obvious areas. The staff on the reception were always friendly & helpful. But most of all the Team of young entertainers . Dave & his team were amazing - always friendly to parents but fantastic with the children . They were never too busy for anyone "kids or adults" .

  Fantastic location, the kids loved both the cove on one side of the complex and also the diving platform and rocks on the other side. Good selection of pools too. Lovely setting which is beautifully maintained. Apartment is spacious and nicely decorated apart from the bathroom which was a little tired. There is amazing restaurant "Paparazzi" just in front of the hotel with nice food and delisious pizza for takeaway. The stuff at the reception easily organized a rental car for us and invited a doctor when we had a problem with jellyfish. Our apartment was cosy and comfortable.

  I can not fault the bluebay resort. Staff where so helpful. Location was fantastic with the beach across the road and can picafort a 5 minute walk away. The food was excellent and plenty of entertainment in the evening for adults and kids - The bungalow gives you independence and a place to relax with your family.   Hotel has very friendly staff willing to help with all sorts of questions. In the evenings there were very nice animations in the hotel. Hotel has its own swimming pool (part for kids and separate for adults) and apart from that is very close to the sea.   I hadn't realised it was all inclusive so it was a nice added bonus. Set out of hotel was very nice and relaxing - The swimming pool area. The buffet was excellent. I thought we hadbooked for bandb but it was fully comprehensive which included all drinks.
