Everything. The location was great. The staff wonderful. Juan was very helpful in showing us the apt. Everything in the room was topnotch. There should be a sign on the drawers beneath the hanging rod about how to open. We loved especially the superb window and sound insulation, the induction cooktop.. Above all, the location is excellent. -

This apartment/hotel is in a historical building that has been recently rehabilitated with great care by the owner and his wife, who is an interior designer.

The room was perfect in convenience and decor. The staff was extremely caring, hospitalble and helpful. Everything possible to make our stay more pleasant was provided from calling taxis to providing breakfast when we had an early departure. The receptionist wrote out, in Spanish, the symptoms when we had to visit urgent care. We extended our stay two nights because we enjoyed the ambiance and staff so much I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Santiago.

Staff were extremely helpful, the Facilities were as expected, the price was good and the breakfast was excellent. Obviously at this price it is in need of some decoration but this was certainly not immediately apparent and we were very satisfied with our web purchase.

The hotel is modern and well appointed, especially for a 1-star hotel. (I didn't check to see if guests could get a password for the bar WiFi, since this was one of the few nights I didn't have time to check the Internet connection.) The hotel pays attention to details especially in the design. The location is perfect placed between the port and the beach, and in the middle where the pubs, restaurants and cafes are located. It was a little too quiet while I was there since I was the only person having breakfast, but this will not be a problem for most. In short, I opted for this over the 4-star options a 20-minute walk away.
