  Owner was extremely helpful in giving us keys despite delays to our flight. Excellent central location with metro acess only 5 minutes away. Great value for money. - Living in this apartment we had a lot of independence, which we've enjoyed very much. Excellent meeting by the personnel, who gave us all the information we've needed and additional c... vad folk säger » omforts. The interior was interesting. The owner was very accommodating as our flight was delayed two hours and we got in really late, much later than we agreed on and were unable to call until we landed.

  Staff were helpful and friendly, even with our limited Spanish. It was clean, airy and the deck area and pool were never too crowded.   The Hostal Gat Raval was a fantastic place from which to explore Barcelona. The location and indeed the street Joaqim Costa are excellent. On leaving the Hostal there is a buzz about, cafes, bars and restaurants are easy to find and have an air of cool without being pretentious. The hostal is very clean and welcoming.   Location is good if you don't like loud night life (the district is quiet, not comparable to El Raval where we stayed before; no noise from the streets and it's still only 10-15 min to subway "Joanic"); We had a 2-bedroom apt, it was really big, bright, renovated and clean. Kitchen was equipped with everything (kettle, dishes, bowels, toaster etc.... vad folk säger » .)! Everything as per foto. House itself is quiet and renovated. Communication with the staff was OK, checkin &checkout was fast. Overall = recomm - Staff member alex was very helpful. We arrived later than anticipated and he was very understanding as i had no signal to update him as we arrived. Apartment was modern and airy and had everything we needed except a cot bed so i would not use here if needing this unless you take your own. The sofa bed wasnt this biggest either. Other than that the only issue we had was hot water which alex kindly remedied. Location was good for the sagreda familia but a bit of walk to las ramblas but no major i
