  Excellent location to beach, apartment exceeded our expectation. Small maintenance issue with room was resolved very quickly by staff. Highly recommended. Would stay again - So close to the sea! Lovely! Rooms were spacious and well furnished. Staff was friendly and helpful.

  The hotel staff were very accommodating. Upon arrival the travel cot had not been provided. I am unsure whether this was the fault of the hotel or LetsBookHotel.com but the problem was soon resolved. - The closeness of the hotel to the Santa Justa Train Station and The Sevilla Futbol Stadium.

  All the staff we had contact with were very friendly and helpful. We ate in the restaurant and the food was excellent and the prices were very reasonable for a hotel of this class.   Very nice apartments. The room is very big (some people live in less wide flats in Russia :) and it is equipped with all necessary. I can't say, that location is bad, but be ready, that it will take you some time to get to the center of the city (15-20 minutes to Cathedral) and to bus and railway stations.   This was our second time at the Al-Andalus and again, they were great. The staff are really friendly and helpful, the wifi is brilliant (and free!) and there's plenty of parking which a lot of places don't have. We would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone on a budget or wanting a quick getaway. If you need good wifi signal request a roo - Very nice hotel and the breakfast was very good with variety. Evening meal was not as smooth because only one waitress serving the guests so pressure was getting to her. Hotel staff were brilliant and were very helpful. We checked in but the room was not sea view, no wifi nor 4 beds. Isobella quickly got us 2 double rooms with wifi which was good. Lucia and Blessing were very helpful and would always listen to our concerns or if we needed information. Hotel is very relaxing with a sizeable pool

  The hotel was shut. We had no advance notice. We arrived and it was closed, no staff present all locked up. I was not able to read the spanish note on the gate. Luckily the taxi driver remained and helped. He read the notice and drove me to the sister hotel, Cabogata Garden and they were expecting me.   Very friendly greeter, Marta, met us at apartment and got us set up. Hard to find, as others noted, but once we found it, it is so easy to get around the city from this location. The apartment was clean, had everything we needed, very modern, updated. We had a later train out of Seville so needed to be able to store luggage for the afternoon. ... vad folk säger » They had someone coming into the apartment after us so they happily allowed us to walk a few minutes away to the home office to store it for a few hou - Loved the location. It's within walking distance to shopping, Cathedral, and tapas restaurants. If you're driving there, please note our suggestion on parking. 1) You need to call reception 30 minutes prior to arrival for them to help you with parking availability nearby. There is no parking on site. 2) And you'll need to pack light since you'll be carrying your luggage across cobbled streets to apartment for about 5-10 minutes from parking garage.
