The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is decorated with style and the room was very clean and comfortable. It is close to everything, in between the Mirador and the bus station. Nerjasol Hostal was lovely, so close to everything and the views were lovely from the roof. The staff were great and our room was cleaned every day with fresh towels. Our shower was broken when we arrive but staff were very quick to repair it

The hotel was easy to find on the main street through El Ejido. It is located very centrally so you do not need to use a car. There is a secure underground car park for a small charge. The room was very good, with blackout curtains to keep the heat out. Staff were very helpful but do not speak any English so you need to know some basic Spanish. The

Excellent location, close to beach and easy to get to center by walk or by bus. Very good base for car trips to other Andalusian travelling targets - Granada, Sevilla, Ronda, Tarifa, Gibraltar. We had nice sea view (5th floor) and balcony for evening rest. Smaller pool but fine for short recovery after visiting other countries or change with beach activities. Appropriate breakfast - still the same, but eneough choice for 8th days stay. We spent very nice time and look forward to come back to M

The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the resort well maintained. Our apartment was clean with a balcony looking out over the gardens and sea. Although cooking facilities were limited, there was sufficient to cook properly. The main pool was huge and my young son loved the water slides linking it to the smaller pool. The owner, Pedro, met us at the entrance to town and we followed him to the apartments. He gave us a one bedroom apartment when we were only expecting a studio apartment. Very nice and comfortable, right at the edge of the old part of town. -
Friendly welcome and spotless.

Our stay was a delightful experience.
Eduardo couldn't have been more helpful and friendly, spending in excess of 20 minutes with us explaining all aspects of the apartment and Granada.
The apartment itself was lovely, having been recently completely refurbished, it was large and spotlessly clean.

The apartment has a beautiful interior, with outstanding tile flooring and high quality furniture throughout. The one bedroom apartment is plenty spacious for two people for one week. the clothes washing machine was very convenient, and a folding rack is provided for air drying clothes. the building seems secure and the on site management is very professional. the building is a short walk to the Alhambra and the Cathedral.

Beautiful, modern hotel, situated on a busy street that appears a bit sketchy, but is actually quite safe. Lots of restaurants and good shopping and most of the tourist attractions all within walking distance.

I've been to a few 5* hotels, and this one was the best of them!
I think I fell in love when, after a long trip by car, they asked me if I wanted them to park my car. I just gave them the keys and they started unloading all my bags and taking care to park the car inside the hotel's parking. What I thought was just a welcome gesture, they always parked my car, and take it outside the parking every time I needed it or when I arrived to the hotel!
