  Excellent place to stay. 1. Great great location-I can't emphasise this more- right next to cathedral n all the impt buses- airport bus stops right in front and straight bus to train station as well. Great food places nearby and can walk everywhere! 2. Very clean, modern and spacious apartment (including a tiny balcony! ) - a suite. Plenty of s... vad folk säger » pace for luggage. Kitchennete, coffee maker with capsules and utensils came in really handy. No breakfast provided but that didn't bother us at all a - We arrived thinking we had booked a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apt. The apts have only 1 bath, so we inquired about getting another apt. Ivonna made a few calls and the manager allowed us to rent another 2 bedroom and reduce the rate on the booked apt (they charge per person in most Spainish properties) so that for 2 apartments (2bed/1bath) the total came to 20 euros less for our stay!!!! The apts were immaculate! Large bathrooms and bedrooms. Firms twin beds. Comfortable sheets and blankets. Ivonna

  since I was waiting with a ' busted knee ' for 2 tests ( the day after I returned ) walking was a problem. Especially stairs. put in my booking message. Owner phoned me, put me in a 2 bed apartment to avoid any stairs. She was very kind and helpful when we met too . - Nice, renovated rooms, good beds, very friendly and helpful owner.   Great hotel.we upgrade our room to a room with sea view only for 15 euro a day and received a two floor suite with two balconies to the sea and the pool.Was exceptional!!   quite location,on the edge of a nature reserve,and a nice strolling distant from the town and its restraunts and bars.But had a really nice beach bar very close and a few others not far. - Big apartments, relatively near beach, nice city, had the feeling of really being in Spain (not so many northern European Tourista like myself)

  Great location (5 mins walking to slopes) - Free Parking (Usually costs €15 a day) - Heated Floors (lovely warm apartment and perfect for drying out wet clothes!). Was able to accommodate an extra person last minute.   El Duque is situated perfectly. I was in Seville for four days and three nights and didn´t use a taxi or bus at any time, it was possible to walk everywhere, even from the railway station to the hostal. We covered all of the old town and surround.   Quiet in October, which suited us,excellent facilities (pools, dining, rooms, bathrooms), very clean and all staff helpful and friendly. One of the nicest we have stayed at. - The atmosphere in the hotel was very relaxing and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and we intend to return for another visit.

  This is the best location you could ask for if you want to stay as close to Gibraltar as possible without having to pay Gibraltar hotel costs. Oh, and spring for the sea view and ask for a view of the Rock! We did and it was amazing. Spring for this upgrade, you're worth it! We stayed in room 518 and it has a great view. This hotel is probably the nicest in the area and within La Lin - Very efficient and friendly reception staff,our junior suite was great,housekeeping was excellent and restaurant and bar staff very helpful, some reviews criticized the buffet style breakfast but there was food available for all tastes not just "THE full ENGLISH" which you don't go on holiday for.The location couldn't have been better as our main objective was a visit to Gibraltar and the border was only a 10 minute walk and the bus station was behind the the hotel 5 minutes walk where we caugh
