We enjoyed our stay very much. A beautiful vista of the Alhambra from the roof-top terrace (don't expect to have a good view from your window). We could also recommend the restaurant run by the family at 10 minutes walking distance.

We were upgraded to asuite which was very spacious so we really appreciated it after such along drive. It was a bit difficult to find this hotel as it is tuckedaway, but well worth it. The staff was so helpful in every way. They went far beyond what was required to make our stay comfortable, even helping with booking a flight. The owners of the apartment were lovely and very helpful. I have some health problems which means I cannot lift anything heavy and the owners helped me with my case, shopping etc. I am learning Spanish and the lady there was very patient with me, speaking slowly and helping me out with anything I needed.
The roof terrace is lovely with great views across Nerja.

Friendly helpful staff, lovely room, well cared for ancient building and gardens, great restaurant, buffet breakfast one of the best I've had.
We went in the off season - Dec 2013 so had substantial discounts.
We'll go back again at this time of year.
The staff also made sure we got to the Alhambra on time - the palace has strict entry times. We would have missed it without the front-desk staff organising the visit for us.
