The location near my site of business - Complutense Universitry of Madrid.

The hotel, which is actually a floor in an apartment building, is very
near the Islas Filipinas metro station. The staff is friendly. The rooms
are ok but the rest rooms are too small.

The staff does not speak English so you cannot communicate unless
you speak Spanish. In general, Spanish people do not speak any
other language so it is difficult to communicate. Finally, the
price is a bit high.
