Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean, good location. The room was very inviting and comfortable. Bright, warm with awesome windows. Shuttered doors leading onto enclosed sun room. All the windows in the sun room opened. My only regret is that I didn't have enough time to lounge in the room more. -

Location is very centralized, close to the Cathedral. It is minimalist
and chic. But what is impressive is the super friendly staff. The
evening staff at the reception, called Maria, is especially helpful,
friendly and made us feel very welcome with all the tips re Santiago.

The hotel was faboulous, small and cosy, the receptionist was extremelly helpful and funny. She direct us to the resturant and make our stay special. If we ever come back to Santiago we will stay again at the hotel. It is a real boutique hotel, attentif to detail as very nice design testful with a touch of past showing here and there.

The Hostel was easy to find and in a great location close to all the restuarants and bars, and a short walk to the Cathedral.The room, though small, was very clean and new and had everything needed. Strong wifi....a/c, comfortable bed and great shower. I would definitely stay there again.

The room was new and spotless. The shower was excellent with plenty of hot water. Breakfast was very good for 2.50 euros. Orange juice, coffee and a choice of toast or croisant. It is a family owned hotel and not the big chains. It might not have the amenities the big chain give you but the warmth and personal care given by the family is something to cherish. -
We had excellent service from the hosts; they went out of their way to help us. Good location.
