  The staff was completely accommodating, friendly, and speedy. The room design was very cool: exposed brick, bunk beds, ultra modern shower, and very quiet. Retiro Park is across the street, the Prado is 5 blocks away and you can walk to Plaza Mayor in 20 minutes.   An excellent City centre location within easy walking distance of Sol, Plaza de Espana and close to Museo del Prado and Reina Sofia gallery. The 2 bed apartment has excellent spacious rooms. The apartments are also secure in terms of entry to the building and the apartments themselves. Travelling with a 20 month old toddler a cot was provided and... vad folk säger » we found the accomodation safe and secure for our child. We were met by Augustin who was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. One small iss - Location Location! The view from the apartment can't get any better, you have to see to believe it. The apartment is easy to locate, the owners are friendly. The duplex apartment we stayed in was pretty elegant with sofa lounge from Ikea, basic kitchenette, twin beds on the upper deck. Bathroom is slightly small but can't complain. Provided with clean towels for entire stay. Overall lovely place and we would recommend to anyone who prefers a Palacio view than a city view.
