  I liked the fact that for a such a noisy place i was able to sleep an wasn't sleep deprived,i had a concern about them not having a safety deposit box in the room with the reputation BCN has for pickpockets, scammers etc but it turned out ok nothing happened. - I went to Barcelona with a friend as a citytrip.   I am quite a difficult guest to keep happy, yet this hostel was truly a splendid experience. The hostel is clean and tidy, has lockers and features clever design that provides enough light in the room during the night without disturbing anyone as well as well-located sockets allowing to charge the phone. Yet the secret lies in the hospitality: the smily guys at the reception - Matthew, Pablo and Marc - 24 hours reception - I arrived at 1am, and staff was friendly and kind. Check in took 2 minutes. Location is perfect, 15 walk from Park Guell. Kitchen equipment is provided, and they are brand new, good quality bowls, glasses, etc. Free coffee and tea is also available. Sant Jordi hostel is special not only because of the beautiful and professional design, but because of supporting socializing among hostel guests.   The vibe of the place was really good when I was there; people were very friendly and it was easy for someone travelling alone (like me) to make friends.   casa gracia was absolutely amazing!!! It is located close to diagonal metro station and within walking distance to all the great sites and restaurants. The breakfast was great and didn't end super early like many of the other hostels I've been to.   When I arrived at the hostel at night was so sleepy that I just wanted to sleep. And it was one of the quietest nights of my life: absolute silence in the room female (100% full). Note the cleanliness and consistency of Frank, the guy in charge of cleaning it every morning telling us jokes and drew a smile to us throughout our stay in this hostel.... vad folk säger » - Staff very friendly, they help you with any questions and organize activities for you to have fun in your stay.   Barcelona Urbany Hostel is very nice place to stay, it has good location, close to the Clot metro, and it's just 1 stop away from Arca de triomf, olso it's just 10-15 min walk to Sagrada de Familia. The gym, swimming pool and Sauna helped us relax after long day of walking and sightseeing.   This is a brand new hostel, you can literally smell the paint from the walls very nice and large common area it is located perfectly, very close to some famous Gaudi houses and Catalunya square. A railwaystatioj connecting to the airport is a 5 minute walk, the tube station is even less WiFi works fine (watched a live stream w/o any interruptions)... vad folk säger » - I am pleased to tell that our family were very happy for the stay. The hotel stuff was reasonable friendly, but it was enough, all our questions were answered. The place is just great, you could easily reach Sagrada Familia or la Rambla by foot.   I'm head over heels in love with Black Swan! I planned on staying there for just one night, I ended up staying for a week! Everything was perfect. The staff is great! Always very helpful and just genuinely friendly, nice and cool! The location is great! Very central, 2 minutes to Urquinaona metro station.
