Plenty of space in the larger apartment and the luxury of air con. Apartment was also clean/modern and right next to Rocafort metro station. Plenty of cafes nearby for breakfast / coffee and small 24 hour shops for supplies. -

-very good location right next to Rocafort metro station (for cheap transportation buy a 10 euro ticket - it allows you to use the underground 10 times which is plenty to move around, you can also share it with another person)

Absolutely charming small 4 room guest house. We loved the artsy decoration, just perfect mixture between modern and old. our Room was large and cozy, spotlessly clean and fresh bathroom facilities. The room was very comfortable, clean and with enough space, most important of all it was quiet. The bed was king size bed and with very interesting decoration. Location was so convenient, we went everywhere on foot.high standard of cleanliness and general eye for detail. Overall a great experience and would definitely stay again. Location is great, near Urgell metro station. Staff is great too, very kind owner and his assistent, they helped us a lot with advice and ideas for evening activities in Barcelona, and talked a lot with us which was great for improving our spanish. Cozy, nice place to stay in Barcelona! The atmosphere is very relaxing and friendly, like you are staying at your own house! Location is great, close to Urgell subway station and 10 minutes walk to the Rambla. There are few very nice bars and food shop around.
The breakfast is nice and you still can have all breakfast food through all day, also the kitchen is available if you want to cook some food for the dinner.
Rooms and bathroom was clean and very cozy. Staff was very friendly!

I felt very comfortable during my two days at Julian's. I just needed a bed and a shower so I booked the single room. Small but nice. Everything was new and clean. The metro station is right outside the door so you can get very quickly to the city center.
But the photos of the double beds rooms seem to belong to another apartment so ask in advance

Overall, a great place -
I stayed at 'Julian's rooms' during my four-day visit in Barcelona. This B&B is an excellent value for money with it's convenient location, lovely and spotless rooms with clean and comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen, perfectly clean bathrooms and reliable, high speed Internet access. 5 min walk away from Metro line #1, 3-4 stops from the centre of Barcelona. You could not wish for a friendlier, more attentive, more professional host than Julian.

Nice place with all that we need during our Travel!! Realy clean, with air conditioning, situated near Placa de Catalonya, which is the centre of the city. Only few rooms are there, so there is no problem with bathroom. Friendly and helpfull host, with a good advices and words for everyone. I'd like to come back this place asap! -

Perfect location, Train from Airport T2 terminal takes you direct to Sants Rail Station and its less than 10 min walk from there to Casa Valencia. Rooms are freshly renovated and decorated and stay included comp continental breakfast. The guy who runs the place was super nice and friendly. Definitely will stay again when visiting Barcelona. -
