  Nice place with all that we need during our Travel!! Realy clean, with air conditioning, situated near Placa de Catalonya, which is the centre of the city. Only few rooms are there, so there is no problem with bathroom. Friendly and helpfull host, with a good advices and words for everyone. The hotel is located at a 5 minute walk to the nearest metro station (Urguell - 2 stops to Place Catalunya) and a 20 minute walk to the bars in the surroundings of Diagonal.   Apartments highly recommended. We got a very warm welcome on arrival from the owner, who gave as area maps, marked important things like supermarkets, pharmacy, metro, shops, places to visit e.t.c. Well furnished and equipped with almost all you need. WiFi connection is very fast. We stayed on 5th floor and I can't mention - Apartment was spacious and well presented and facilities were good. Staff were pleasant and attentive and spoke very good English. Staff are available in office below during working day and can be contacted out of hours. They were able to offer good advice on enjoying the tourist experience including a simple way to obtain advance tickets to the main tourist attractions (for which I would definitely recommend advance booking unless you like standing in queues). The location is perfect, from Sans Estació 10 minutes walking distance and 30 minutes to any turist location or 5 minutes to Metro station.   I loved the presentation of the flats upon entering, the way the beds were made up, the fact that there was dishwashing liquid, tablets for the dishwasher, toilet paper, rubbish bags etc just to start. Lovely touches were the free bottle of wine and water, it's the little things.... Reception was always friendly and efficient and helpful. The space within the apartment 2. Being located in residential Barcelona was good so could sample how the locals lived 3. Having 2 showers was really useful 4. Having a balcony was good so we could dry our towels! 5. The utilities were good - kettle, fridge, etc - even towels and basic toiletries were included which was unexpected. 6. The complimentary bottle of Cava was a bonus!
