  Esteve, Daniela and the other members of the residencia are very friendly and helpful! Besides this place is clean and the price is fair. So I recomment this accommodation 100% (I travel a lot so I know a lot of guesthouses). Best wishes, Michael - Fantastic place, very nice owners, great time in BCN.   We booked the hotel just for 1 day but eventually decided to extend our stay at Barcelona. The staff was very friendly and approachable. Staff is very helpful in guiding your way through the city and introducing you to all the activities. Plus they speak very good English. They allowed us to check in 4 hours before the scheduled time, thats wonder... vad folk säger » ful !!! Highly recommended, Value for money and loacted perfectly near the beach...... Definately my preference for my further visits to Barcelona. - Location is great! Not exactly a sea view but no problem. Very close to the beach and a few minutes to the metro station.The manager and his assistant were very helpful and friendly. The room for 6 is as advertised, small but comfortable enough. Adequate kitchen equipment. A quiet street, though other people staying there can get loud. Would recommend.

  Had a great stay at these apartments, reasonably basic inside but everything you need for a comfortable break. The location was good, roughly a 15-20min walk to the Las Ramblas, 5 mins away from the underground and a few mins away from one of the stops on the blue bus tour route. If you want to eat out try Morryssom which is a small tapas bar only... vad folk säger » a few hundred meters away (right as you come out of the apartment door) , excellent food and very reasonable; there were 7 of us and we kept odering - Perfect location, short distance to the metro stations, plenty of restaurants and grocery shops around. Good equipped kitchen, clean. Not much noise from the street. Wifi, Real Spanish flat experience. Self check- in went really smooth. We stayed in apt 1a, first floor, 2 bed apartment, Very comfortable for two adults (double bed) and two kids (2 single beds), if more people staying in, there was a sofa bed also...

  The room size was just fine. We had double bad, desk + some drawers. Room has been cleaned everyday, was really clean, same as bathroom. In room we had a tv, little fridge and hair dryier. Stuff were really friendly. Hotel is pretty small has got 7 rooms, and there is one nice common area for all of guests. Nice suprise first day we had a welcome ... vad folk säger » breakfest. Location is good as well, not in so touristic area (that is how you can feel local atmosphere) but not so far from all atractions - 35 min - We booked for 2 nights but stayed for 5 nights! After flight delays from Venice we arrived 6 hours late, but manager stayed around to let us in. We chose a smaller room with a shared bathroom/toilet, but we still had a private hand basin in our room. Not many rooms occupied which meant we pretty much had the place to ourselves (mid-December).   Location is great. Gracia is a beautiful neighborhood right in the centrum. The host of the house is a very nice and helpful guy. Ask him for directions or suggestions and he won't let you down. The apartment is nice and especially clean.
