  Sleepy Moon was the first place in Spain where we stayed during our first journey to this country and it was really a good start. We were met by Rocio and she was very friendly and supportive. We felt as if we were long-awaited guests. We spent also our last night in Sleepy Moon. Both times the apartments were comfortable, equipped with everything... vad folk säger » we needed (Rocio left even coffee, sugar, salt and rice for the guests). We liked the design of the rooms (Rocio is its author). Very close to the ap - The location is wonderful right next to Gran Via and close to the main attractions. The manager, Rocio, is a wonderful person. She let her stay in a spare room before check-in (we have two young girls and they were really tired) and let us check-out late at no extra cost! She's a wonderful person in general always willing to help with directions, phone calls and whatever you may need.The place is an excellent value for money and I'll recommend it to everybody.

  The Apartment was in the center of Madrid. Easy access to the transpotations and everything you need. Super clean and tidy. very nice decore and furniture.Once you enter this Apartment , you just feel like it's your home. Highly recommended.   Location great!! Loved the market in front. The Apartment building # is not seen from the street. Turn into a 'hallway' from the main street (near Di Nicola or tropical house). You will then see building #. The doorman of the apartment can call the manager of the apartments I assume. They will then come to give you the keys. Apartments are comfortable and nice. There is the kitchen there.

  I love the location of the place. the Hostel is not busy or full of people, which I really enjoyed. It it is small, staff is very friendly and the price is good. we had a room with two double beds, we were with 2 girls - The place where the hostel is amazing.   Stort, fräscht rum, stilren lobby och frukostmatsal. Välsorterat frukostutbud. Nära till metro och centrala staden. Rummet mot gården var extremt tyst. - Third stay in 2 weeks. Only comment is that the rooms seem to differ considerably in terms of size, especially bathroom. First room (203) bathroom and room were average size. Second stay (room ... vad folk säger » 529) larger room and bath. Third stay is a triple room--not as spacious but miniature bathroom. Only other comment is that internet access is poor. Free wireless in lobby works ok. Common use computer - The stuff was very friendly and helpful. Especially a guy named Asensio, that changed our room from the beginning, so we can feel even more comfortable, behaved as an old friend! That is service with "personal touch".

Well kept - and with a hard to beat cost/performance level. It's in a great location and is perfect for friends or a couple to use as a base for seeing Madrid. The staff was awesome. Totally awesome. The hostel is a bit run down and in need of a bit of work. When we came from airport he met us with plate of hamon and beer and tell us: Now it's your new home. The refrigerator was full of natural water. 2. In spite of apartments have limited are they are organized optimal: - The owners were very friendly and helpful. The apartment in itself was homey. Overall, the accommodation proved very suitable for our needs as a group of friends travelling together (e.g., the kitchen was well equipped, bed linen and towels were provided).
