a 2 bedroom suite with terrace even though I had booked a fairly
economic room just because they like upgrading their guests when the

Excellent Value for the money. Huge suite with every comfort you need: Kitchen with Lavazza Coffee machine, living room with large flat TV, huge bath with bathtub, huge comfy bed with an array of pillows. Good location (on foot 7min from the Via Grande, 10 min from El Prado and 3 min from the Bus Station 'Bus Express' to the airport. Would definitly go back. Nespresso Machine in the breakfast room. Fingerprint reader to enter the appartment: no badge you could loose or misplace. Free WiFi!

better in person than photos showed on the internet. Easy walk to
central shopping,restaurants, and museums. Much better value than other
hotels in this upscale neighborhood. The Ritz and The Palace just around

Fantastic hotel, overlooking retiro park. You heard no noise from other people staying in the hotel and the room was fabulous. Even had a laptop provided in the room with free wifi. Friendly staff and if you want to come back to the hotel at 6am they let you in no problem. Great location and a beautiful building, even the tourits on the tour bus took photos of the building! I would stay again and recommend to anyone.

Everything was top class, location, comfort, facilities, staff. Only discomfort would be smoking allowed in hotel bar, and indeed most of the restaurants/bars are still smoking zones. - Good central location, but at the same time very quiet. Comfortable room, helpful staff.

located in front of Spanish Ministry of Internal Affairs. Good location, 10min walking distance to the first historical square where you normally start a walking tour of Madrid. Was very quiet, no people, very good breakfast 12E a person which is super good for the center. If you go out you spend twice as much for breakfast. Room is small and cosy and they don't charge for children if they stay with you on the bed. Has little kitchen, can cook a bit. Overall good impression, hotel is either new
