The location is really good, next to a subway station, only 5-10 min walk. Also near you have 3 supermarkets to buy food, fruit etc, some bars and a Burger King.
Rooms are clean and neat.
The man at the reception doesn't speak English but is very pleased when you talk Spanish to him. He was very hospitable and open -

Really nice hotel. Location is exactly what is mentioned in all other reviews. The girls from reception - Maria and Elena -were very hospitable and friendly and both deserve a certain salary increase. Rooms are not much specious but always clean and tidy. I really loved the location of the hostel! It's super central, easy to walk to anywhere in the city, and there are always people out and about, so it feels quite safe.
The staff was really helpful, including carrying my heavy bags up and down the stairs and helping me to arrange for a taxi to the airport at the end of my stay.

Lovely room with gorgeous little terrace, perfect for enjoying an afternoon glass of rosado! Close to metro station, but you don't necessarily need to use it as everything in the Madrid centre is within a 20min walk. Super friendly staff. Little taverna a few doors down serving excellent tapas, great beers and wine. Lidl supermarket a 2min walk away.
