I felt warmly welcomed by the staff. He was amazing and absolutely charming! Most importantly I find my room very clean and comfortable. Great bed and mattress. The apartment was in a fantastic location and was very well appointed. It was very roomy for five people and the staff was helpful. My only small complaint is the street noise which was present throughout the night and could not be blocked. Of course this is the price you pay for such a convenient location on a big city, but if you are a light sleeper it could be a problem. Otherwise a fantastic choice.

Great apartment in a very convenient location. We stayed in the penthouse/terrace and found it to be very modern and nicely fitted out, the furniture was also very comfortable and it was very clean. Our son stayed on the sofa bed - it was huge and of very good quality. It felt as though it was a proper bed.

The location of the apartment is great. The metro station of sant pay/ dos de maige is just across the street. The apartment is also near the gaudi avenue which is technically close to the sagrada familia. The building is also near various restaurants, and groceries that give guests a lot of choices for their meals.
The receptionist who greeted us was so kind. She explained to us the apartment thoroughly and introduced the vicinity to us, pointing out the various tourist location in the area.

The location of this hotel is excellent! Very close to the beach and some great shops, cafe's and restaurants. Run by a really nice guy called Jose and his lovely mother, they were very helpful and could not fault them for their hospitality. Most of the rooms are being renovated so it does depend on what room you get, we had to ask for a room chan

Everything was good, location is exellent (on the main street of Barcelona), balcony is a great plus. Somebody said that it is a too much noise from the street, but if you close all the windows - there is no noise.
If I will be in barcelona next time, i will stay in this appartment.

You get what you pay for and this was very inexpensive. All I needed was a bed and an en suite with shower as I was attending a conference and eating out at night. I got exactly what I paid for. I could have stayed at the renaissance which was 9 times the price but why bother as I never use the facilities

I needed a last minute hostel and chose this one, in an 8 bed female
room but I was lucky because there were only 2 of us in the room. Maybe
with a packed room, it wouldn´t have been as good because beyond the
dorm room, 4 other people must pass through because there are 2 other
private rooms, and all of us would in theory have to share 2 toilets

Staff was really helpful and friendly. There's two different guest houses in nearby buildings, one is rather communal backpacker style and the other is quieter. I was in the former (without knowing what I was getting into), and they were easy going about moving me into the latter. Good kitchen set up. The backpacker place was actually pretty nice for that sort of thing, just not what I was looking for (I'm a bit older than that now, and like my peace and quiet!).
