Fräscht hotell med trevlig personal. Fast det bästa var nog närheten till tunnelbanan, bara 1 minut från hotellet. - Personalen var så trevliga och hjälpsamma så de borde få något pris! Läget är grymt bra, lugnt men ändå bara ca 15-20 min promenad till det mesta av värde. Servicen var ypperlig på alla sätt! AC:n var mycket effektiv mot den Barcelon

I liked that rooms are air conditioned and there is a kitchen for guests available and fee wifi.
The personell helped with parking in nearby garrage with a feasible price.

Excellent location (close to some attractions, metro station Diagonal practically in front of the Hotel), friendly staff, clean room. We stayed 4 days and were quit satisfied. I would recommend this Hotel to the others. Before my trip, I thought, La Rambla should be more attractive location for staying, but now I would for sure prefer Passeig de Gracia. So, it seems, I made right decision.

AMAZING hotel that I would recommend to everyone! We (2 best friends) stayed at 'Emma' for 4 nights. The whole staff, from the people at the reception to the cleaning lady, were very helpful en friendly! We felt very welcome.
We loved the design (interior & exterior) of the hotel.

The rooms overlooking into the interior of the building,where we stayed on the first night, have no daylight and the ventilation is insufficient. So we asked to change to a front room with a window that could be opened. Our request was immediately satisfied. The staff were exceptional and the strongest point of the hotel.The rooms were comfortable and properly cleaned.Breakfast is good and the hotel location is excellent.

This hotel is among the best hotels we visited.! Honestly there was nothing wrong with it. Upon arrival we were faced with a lovely smiling receptionist, the design of the hotel is amazing! A 3* hotel worth for 4* at least! The room was sparkling clean everyday, comfortable bed, ac with cold and hot air flow, young and really helpful and friendly staff. This hotel is in the heart of the city and honestly you pay less but get much more for what you paid! Excellent! Would definitelly go back to B

Staff were very friendly and helpful, free wifi in the lobby was useful. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel as there were a lot of cafes around to sit outside. We had chosen a double room as the preferred option but we were offered a twin as it would be bigger with a better view so we took it.
