  The hotel location was excellent. Also it was in an historic building with all the facilities of a modern hotel. The hotel staff were very friendly and the atmosphere at the hotel was very relaxed. - an excelent (and much cheaper) alternative for the parador. Restaurant is very high quality.   Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean, good location. The room was very inviting and comfortable. Bright, warm with awesome windows. Shuttered doors leading onto enclosed sun room. All the windows in the sun room opened. My only regret is that I didn't have enough time to lounge in the room more. - This is the second time we stayed in this hot... vad folk säger » el and it will not be the last one. Staff is very professional and welcoming. Location in the old town is excellent. We like the complimentary mineral water in the room at arrival and the free coffee/tea facilities.

  Extra long bathtub (I'm tall), excellent sheets and pillows, towel warmer (great for drying damp clothes), and location (close enough to walk to the cathedral and the lively street next to the Pilgrim Office) in the central old part). Friendly staff--speak Spanish and French, some English.

  Hotel is very clean and stuff helps you with every request. Position is ok, few minutes walk outside city center. Free parking in the street in front of the hotel.
