  It is very clean, comfortable, and staffs are friendly too. The location is in the city centre, and just 3 mins to metro station. It is an amazing hotel that we would love to visit again if we are going to Madrid again. - Fantastic value for money. Wonderfully friendly and helpful staff.   Samantha was very friendly and helpful with information. If you needed anything you just had to ask. The room was very nice, and the use of the kitchen and living room together with other travelers was very relaxed - Very friendly, welcoming and helpful host, striking views from 17th floor room, excellent level of cleanliness.
