  Staff were very accomodating. As it was near the end of the season our room was ready when we arrived at 10am and we were also allowed to remain until early evening on our departure. Rooms were clean and cooking facilities were good. Whilst the bed was a little uncomfortable, as our stay was was only for a few days it was not too much of a probl... vad folk säger » em. Good value for money. - Staff were very lovely. Could not do enough for you. Hotel is basic and has perhaps seen better days but comfortable and very clean. Cleaners did not come in every day but that is no problem. Would definitely go again. It is very reasonably priced accommodation on the door step of the very expensive port!!!

  Staff couldnt have been better, very clean contemporary hotel, nothing was too much problem, excellent standard overall, Poolside towels provided and double sun loungers.I have never stayed in a 2 */hostel before and it was a much more pleasant experience than many other 4*Hotels .As I was a Solo female guest I could not have chosen a better Hotel... vad folk säger » .Good local buses to Palma etc. Excellent - Gorgeous hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Brilliant location as away from the hustle and bustle but within easy taxi distance from the centre of Palma. Sunbeds always available at the pool throughout the day. Food and snacks from the bar were great. Double room on the small side but manageable for the weekend break we were on. Beds very soft.

  The hotel accommodations have recently been (extravagantly) refurbished and the rooms have a 'new' look. Reception and the public areas retain the traditional, luxurious appearance that first impressed my wife and myself when we made our first (of four) visits to the hotel. (the peace of our first night was marred by the noise from the - we were told -kitchen extractor apparatus. I was su - Extremely good service from all of the staff. We arrived late in the evening, the restaurant was closed, but they had arranged for us to have a cold meal in the restaurant! We had half-board; the food was really good, fresh and with good variation. The next day we were able to change room to a higher floor without problems. The last day we were leaving late. We were given a room to keep until afternoon, very much appreciated to be able to have a shower and change before leaving as the temperat

  Billigt o trevlig personal - This was a very good value hotel, very comfortable room, quiet area, good food particularly breakfast. Didnt have a car so used local bus service, always on time and good value. already planning to go back next year. - The staff were especially friendly/helpful.   This is our fifth say at the hotel. We stayed in the Africa Junior Room for this stay as a special treat for my husbands birthday. The room was fantastic very up to date and just as the pictures show. I stayed in the Comfort class room with a friend last year and have also stayed in the Mallorca Suite. I would recommend that you upgrade if you can... vad folk säger » as there is a big difference in the rooms. Staff were all very friendly. - My p a booked it for me from the internet, Photos normally lie but on this case they didnt. It was a great staff for me and my young children

  I hadn't realised it was all inclusive so it was a nice added bonus. Set out of hotel was very nice and relaxing - The swimming pool area. The buffet was excellent. I thought we hadbooked for bandb but it was fully comprehensive which included all drinks.
