We liked everything. As we wrote last time, the place is great and
beautiful, the staff is very nice and helpful. The gardens are a nice
place to walk around. We didn't eat there but took advantage of the
vending machines. Metro station about 8 mins away (we walk at a normal
sometimes slow pace). We absolutely recommend it. -

There's a chapel, a piano, a vending machine with coffee and snacks in case you don't take the breakfast.

Definitely the location + the kindness of the lady who was taking care of the space. She is so friendly and so helpful. You kind of feel yourself sharing home with 'old friends' and not really in a hostel. I only stayed over for a night but it was enough to feel the spirit of the place.
Another point I gotta mention here is the view from the balco

It doesn't look like much at first, but the venue has actually been a pleasant surprise. Staff seemed a little uncertain, but the room exceeded expectations. Location of the hotel was perfect, I was able to get to every place I wanted to see by foot (La Sagrada Familia, Parc Guell, Plaza de Toros, Cathedral, beach, ...). Hotel room was very nice equiped and clean. Stuff speaks very well english and is prepared do give you advice anytime.

Excellent Location. A few minutes walk from Placa Catalunya and Eixample. 59 Bus stops nearby which takes you to the Passeig Maritim and all down the Ramblas. The Mon Bus to the Airport / Sitges is around the corner, as are the A2 and A1 Airport buses.
Plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, a small supermarket, bakery, bars.

Very kind, thoughtful, generous, highly professional staff provided cosy and nice rest in Barcelona. Rooms are very clean. Very comfortable location in peaceful part of Eixample, close to all sights of Barcelona (Placa de Catalunya, Gaudi buildings, Sagrada de Familia, etc.) - by 10-15 minutes walking and can be named as center of all Barcelona. The woman that works there, Yolanda, was really friendly. Everything was clean, and they actually made our beds every morning. It's not really a hostel, just a home where they rent rooms, so our was really big and with a nice balcony. We where allowed to leave our suitcases in the room and take the keys after the check out until we had to catch the plane. Everything was perfect.

The building was beautiful. It felt very nice staying in a building that is not just a flashy, touristy hotel or hostel. The privacy was fantastic. The tea and biscuits was a good way to start breakfast. -

The apartment was very modern and spacious and contained everything you could possibly need, from pots and pans through to hairdryer and hair straighteners. The ensuite shower room was amazing, shower was perfect. We loved having drinks on the balcony, although would have been nicer if wasn't raining all weekend :(. Very impressed with everything.
