Lack of private bathrooms
Perfect location, great service, reasonable price
Room was a little small for the price, but serviceable.
I loved the fact that the breakfast was laid out in a kitchen that was open to all guests all day. It made it feel as though you were staying in a home.
Our room, which had a shared bathroom was right opposite it. So I got woken every time a fellow guest opened the door (bit noisy) but then had to wait until they had done before I could go myself. I didnt realise till we were leaving thatnthere was a second bathroom. Any of the other shared bathroom rooms would have been fine. I was just unlucky, I suppose!
Lovely room, liked the antiques and the art. Very friendly and helpful people.
The entrance from the street is unprepossessing, almost alarming on first arrival. More signage needed, more of a sense of welcoming on first arrival.
Terrific location for first visit to Barcelona - walked everywhere. Excellent building with elevator. Kitchen open all day for easy access to refrig, coffee, etc.

It is a ripoff : very expensive The hotel is totally not what is advertised - rooms are totally different from the pics - I slept on a couch that turns into a bed There was no breakfast as advertised I'd call this hotel a scam
