The apartment was clean and in a great location

Location and personal were excelent. Also kitchen had everything. Every day we got new clean towels.

Showers leaked, so we had to put them on the floor. Also it was very hard to regulate right temperature (extra cold or extra hot). In one bedroom it was rather cold. For the group we got only 2 keys.

spacious and bright room. fully equipped kitchen. good service with towels changing and rubbish removal everyday.

unstable internet. the wifi was not working in most night of the stays. situated in an old building... and the elevators were out of order the day we checked out so... we have to take 3 huge lugguage down 5 stroeys through the narrow stairs.

Lovely apartments.. good location 20 mins walk from la rambla..

location is perfect, the room was clean. I got more than expected.

Amazing service, friendly staff, if I visit Barcelona again that will be the ideal place to stay at.

The apartment so clean. Have lot of room. I like it I can see the Barcelona icon from my balcony. Near with good places. Good location.

The apartment was modern, well-appointed and very well maintained. The appliances provided were of good quailty. The cleaning service included fresh towels daily. The hotel concierge was very helpful and the carpark was convenient.

The building access was tight with small, narrow elevator and staircase. The wifi was not available. There wasn't an additional blanket/quilt for the 3rd guest sleeping on the sofa bed.

Location is perfect. 10 min walk from Sagrada Familia. 5 min drive to Placa Catalonia. There are not much restos and bars around, but it's calm district wich is cool. Check-in is 2 min walk from apartments, good parking for extra charge 1 min walk.

Receptionist was late for 7 minutes when I checked-out. Wich was not good when I had to go to the airport with morning traffic. But all staff members are amazingly welcoming!!!

The apartment was big enough. The kitchen was properly equipped. It also had a terrace and a jacuzzi.

The elevator was too small, made it difficult to bring up luggage. For the last floor, you still had to climb up some stairs. Only a problem if you're carrying big luggage.

The staff Was supernice we could leave our luggage there, I could print train and bus tickets for free. Two of our friends came a bit later however it Was no problem they could do the checking one day later. Fresh towels everyday and the infobook in the appartment is very useful too!!

very easy to find, great location easy checkin and out, location to see the city was great, not central central, but easy with the metro and on foot/bike

the hall ways to enter into the rooms are very dark, details are missing inside the rooms and the showers flood everywhere

The appartment was extremely large, and the location very good.

Door on the first toilet couldn't close. The spa needed cleaning.

Good size 4 bedroom apartment Fairly close to subway. Walking distance to Sagrada Familia.

Amount of stairs up to the apartment with only a very small elevator at the apartment (1-2 people only).

Not too far from the city centre but in a lovely, interesting, self-contained neighbourhood. The Appartment Block contained the good mix of an oldish building with modern amenities, fittings and furnishings.

NO KETTLE!! Because the Block is old, the sound proofing is a bit iffy.

Washing machine didn't work. Was inconvenient having to rely on other arrangements for clothes washing.

The helpfulness and willingness of the staff to hold our luggage for us when we arrived early. The room configurations worked well for our group. The washing machine.

The "soap" in the units was a joke; real soap at the sinks would have been much better. Also, one roll of paper towels would have been helpful to start us off. The A/C unit was not very effective, and the WiFi was weak and sporadic.

these apartments offered us everything we needed for this city break. i would not hesitate to stay again

There are ample beds - 7 in total in 4 rooms. The apartment is within short walking distance to Marina and Monumental metro station. Even we managed to walk to Placa de Catalunya where we catch the Aerobus to the airport. Facilities are complete and working perfectly, with adequate towels provided daily. There are food stalls nearby to get your stuffs for own cooking - we found this to be much cost efficient for our hungry family members :D

The lift is tiny - but still useful to get some luggage through our 1st floor room. The noise from neighbour - especially when they returned drunken from a night out

Only one very small lift in building. Some of the bed mattresses need replacing as you are able to feel the springs when lying in bed.

That complementary services were in a diferente building than the apartment and never mentioned in the information provided while booking. Had to walk thru street to acces gym, breakfast, play room.

Near to Sagrada familia and beach,basic clean enough apartment.

Lift not suitable for pushchair, smell in one bathroom, sofa filthy, no toaster, small balcony,too quite neighbourhood.

Didn't like arriving at the location with much luggage and having to be directed to a site around the corner to register and pick up keys

Having not to be able to change accommodation from four persons to two people and have to have the four bedroom apartment.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The price of the apartment was really good. Close to quite a few restaurants for snacking and having breakfast. Close to bus stops and metro station.

A bit far from the main city centre if want to go on foot. The second bathroom was very small and the drainage was not really the best. The hot tub did not really work.

It was not so far from the center of Barcelona,and near the Metro.

The apartment had a very bad smell from the toilet.It was a little bit like a prison,because if you open the window the view was the wall from the opposite building,very close to your window.Our room was for 5 people and one of the rooms didn't have window.

Credit card double charged for both appartments we booked. No reply to further e-mails on this subject. Furthermore the rooms are very noisy and couldn't catch sleep due to other appartment making lots of noise.

Close to metro and sagrada. Clean

The place was far from the photos.Smelt like smoke! Bed was broken. No soap on arrival. No pots . Small corridor and lift was tiny. Chair outside burnt with cigarette holes. Upon arrival passports were asked of each traveller, when we said we don't have them all, we were refused entry until we finally convinced them, not very welcoming. We won't return!

The flat was looking very organised.

The entrace door was not soud prove. We could not sleep in the night because of the big noise which the other people from Hotel made it. The parking was very fare from the Hotel. The flat was in a small and very difficult block. Not good.
