  I was staying at the Parliament Hotel for 3 nights with my partner some days ago. The hotel is very well situated, near almost everything that tourists would like to see in Cape Town: The Company Gardens, the castle, Greenmarket, Long Street etc. It is only 30 minutes walk for the Waterfront (the port and its shops, the Aquarium etc), and very clo... vad folk säger » se (5 minutes) to the Hop on Hop off buses (double deckers to visit the peninsula: http://www.citysightseeing.co.za/). There are supermarkets quite cl - The staff were excellent I really felt like home, they did everything they could to accommodate all my questions and hopes. They even organized in matter of two hours notice a rental car with a good price and horse riding safari for me and printed all maps for me to find the place even without asking. The restaurant next door that serves also the breakfast has two amazing Italian guys running it, the food is brilliant (absolutely brilliant one of the best pastas and breakfast I've ever gotten

  We liked everything. The hotel deserves 4 stars, sadly, however, i'msure it counts against them that parking is a problem, and they don'thave a kitchen that provides room service. - the hotel was situated very central. Staff are very friendly.

  This place was absolutely wonderful! The staff are extremely friendly and always helpful. It is minutes away (walking) from downtown Cape Town and a 20 minute taxi ride from beautiful Table Mountain, which you have an amazing view of from the hotel itself.   The staff were naturally friendly and helpful ~ for example I had requested halal meat for breakfast and it was provided. I liked the relaxed ambience ~ it was like travelling back to my younger pre-digital era days ~ I could see Hemingway deciding to write a novel there and enjoying it ~ that said, I appreciated the free wifi facility. Although I had to leave at 4am on my check out day, I found breakfast ready for me at that ungodly hour. Rick's Cafe is 100 meters, with fabulous Moroccan food, ambiance, and great prices(compared to the States). Returning to our courtyard bedroom was like an oasis in the desert.   it's at the city centre. a block away from the metro station and other historical tourist attractions. it's a few minutes walk from the waterfront too. the breakfast buffet is also fulfilling. i wonder if they change the menu, however, 2 days worth of buffet was fine with me. the room was also very spacious and offers a good view of table mountain... vad folk säger » and the other buildings. i fell in love with capetown and wanna live there for a month or so. i'd definitely go back and recommend this hotel. - Maybe I was lucky but my room was very large, at 9th floor with a nice view of the city center. Also the bathroom was big and clean. Well located in the center in st georges mall street near shops and not so far from green market square. Good breakfast served in a separate cafè close to the hotel. Good free wi-fi signal. The reception/congierge is very efficient and gave me information on tour and restaurant were to go.
