  The location could not be better. We did not take advantage of the breakfast ,which is across the street at the Burgundy restaurant,as we had plans with friends in town, but we did eat there for dinner and it was great. We were upgraded to a beautiful room with an ocean view from the balcony, so great. Wish we were there in summer, you can tell th... vad folk säger » e town will come alive then , in winter it was charming, quiet and cozy with fireplaces and sherry to drink in the lobby before dinner.You don't inter - The Auberge was really lovely, the rooms were clean and cofortable with wonderful views - the situation perfect, right on the front, the staff friendly and helpful and the restaurant across the road was perfect, so cosy with friendly, efficient staff and excellent tasty food. unfortunately it rained whilst we were there but it didn't dampen our spirits, we had a great time and to crown it all, there was a real log fire in the lounge, with a free glass of port before bed - lovely!!

  Very attentive, friendly staff - we were returning guests and made to feel especially welcome.   The Windsor Hotel was the perfect location. It was close to all amenities and we could view the whales from our room. We had to leave early on Sunday morning and at 04h30 the night watchman let us out and gave us our packed breakfasts which were wonderful.   The apartments are very spacious indeed, my girlfriend and I had three bedrooms and three bathrooms between us!. The rooms are decorated to a very high standard indeed and were very comfortable. The staff were friendly and always willing to assist answering any questions. The hotel is actually apartments in a shopping mall which makes it safe (on top of a permanent person at the reception).   We stayed for only 1 night. Upon arrival, we were provided advice on the best way for whale sighting. On that winter night, the owner also brought us hot water pack which really helped to keep us warm. On the next day, my husband fell sick. The owners were very helpful.
