  The staff are all very friendly and attentive. The room was well appointed and the fire was most welcome after our spa treatment. - Everything was wonderful! Location, hospitality and accommodations were exactly right for us.We would return in a heartbeat!

  The staff were totally fabulous - friendly, helpful and always happy /willing to help. The food was of a very high standard especially Breakfast - one of the best we have ever had and we have travelled a lot. The visit to their own vineyard ( and other Restaurant) was excellent - highly recommended - low key and superb environment. - Very atten... vad folk säger » tive at our arrival.   the restaurant was fantastic and the rooms/grounds of the hotel were gorgeous. We were a little worried because we were in the smallest room in the place but it was a lovely room, so no complaints there - The quality of service and efficiency of all teh saftt, very impressive indeed !!!!

  We really enjoyed our stay at Basse Provence. It is a beautiful house nestled amongst the vineyards and with a great view of the mountains. We felt very welcome there and the accomodation was clean and comfortable and well maintained. The staff were all very friendly and accomodating and made sure we felt at home. The location is beautiful, surrounded by the winelands and the mountains and the accommodation itself was wonderful. Our room was spacious and under the thatched roof and the staff were very helpful. This was our favourite place to stay whilst we were in South Africa and we would thoroughly recommend it!
