The gate men, the receptionists and women staffers (more so from the restaurant, the JAM) were super. The displayed professionalism at all times and were extremely friendly. Lovely people who were helpful at all times.

The male staffers from the JAM restaurant were visibly rude, especially the manager when we asked for room service. Maybe it was because we are a young couple and he was older and by virtue of culture, he was not meant to serve us? But may I remind them that we paid hectically for the service. The breakfast was also not well done. Certainly not value for money. There's no variety and they do not cater for the no-pork policy. We would return to Quarters, but definitely not for meals.
