  Grand Hyatt has been like a second home to me every time I'm in Singapore. The staff are very helpful, no need to question about cleanliness.   Very nice place, the hotel ha it's own beach. Cleaning is good. The staff is friendly. Fantastic breakfasts. The hotel is very good for families with children too. I have visited Singapore two times this year and every time I stayed at Rasa Sentosa. I am going to stay at this hotel next time too.   Excellent serviced apartment complex for a family staying in Singapore. 3 bedroom apartment had plenty of space for 5 of us with the laundry, kitchen and lounge areas all ideal for a stay of over 1 week.   The room and its decorations were sumptuous. The bathroom was stunning and a delight to enjoy, and the robes and slippers provided really let you step down a gear. It was the perfect place to relax in after walking around the city and shopping on nearby Orchard. A wonderful room, the staff were very helpful and polite. These are the little things that make St. Regis stand out. Truly world-class service.
