Even though being a Singaporean and bet myself and everyone, is going to say that Fragrance Hotel is just like an ordinary hotel, I have to disagree. I really enjoyed my stay! The staff service was excellent and on top of that, they're friendly! Outstanding! The room is well kept and cosy. It was a great location as I had an event at Sentosa. I would definitely settle for this hotel the next time round. For budget travellers/backpackers, forget about luxurious hotels when this chain provides you the same comfort and service as other luxurious hotels.

It was clean, comfortable and quiet and close to Harbourfront MRT. A 7 Eleven is next door.
It was very very small and compact especially the bathroom, you could sit on the toilet and have a shower and the whole room got wet, not much hot water available. Not much room around the bed but they supplied a very limited amount of tea and coffee.
The room was not big but had everything that was needed and was clean - perfect for me

Way too small. Couldn't even shower. No shower screen. Extremely small rooms.

The room cleaning service is not good since the cleaner did not clean the floor every day. The bathroom is not clean since there were mosquitoes.

1) negative value for money 2) tiny room (the tiniest i ever seen 3) paid wi-fi 4) even asking the staff to call a taxi for you costs 2,5 SGD!!! 5) shower combined with the toilet. not hygienic at all and really disgusting
