It is a nice play to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the City,
yet close enough to get there within 15 minutes. I decided on staying at
the Hard Rock Hotel at rws last year, when I saw the way the hotel was
designed and dressed up. I liked the deco and the open concept bar in
the lobby. Room-wise, it is functional. Families with one or two

children will like the extra pull out bed. If you join the two twin beds
together, you will get a really huge bed which can easily accommodate -
The room was spacious with the awesomely comfortable bed.. Absolutely in
love with the bathroom. Staff were friendly, always greeting me and
fiance when we walked past them.. My request for a cake to be sent to
the room exactly at 12midnight for my fiance's birthday was
amazingly carried out by the staff. Really impressed as I thought they
would probably forgotten about it. Swimming pool was fantastic, very
clean. For the fact that the hotel provides sports channel as well, that
is a plus point

Fantastic resort!!! Excellent customer service, all staff were extremely
helpful and friendly. We arrived very early in the morning and check in
was not until 2pm we were able to check into our room 2 hours prior to
our check in time and were offered a free upgrade which we were very
grateful for. Fabulous view from level 8, clean room,comfortable

Hotel pool was closed for maintenance but we were able to use the
facilities at the Hard Rock Hotel which were fabulous.Sentosa Island is
30 min -
Festive Hotel is one of the hotels in the heart of Sentosa. The family room has a little loft bed for the kids. Both our children 8 and 5 slept up there together. When we were looking for a last minute place to stay in Singapore we found the Festive Hotel for 45% off the normal price during a 4 night stay during the week (be aware the price they show is excluding the taxes unlike the other hotels which include the taxes in the price). We would NOT have stayed at the hotel at it's original price

I highly recommend this hotel to absolutely everyone! It was an amazing hotel experience with luxury taste and design with so much value. I would like to compliment the hotel staff especially the counter staff. Beside the two check-in/out counters, the staff opened one more to cater for the long queue during the peak hours. Though busy but they still put on their smile to answer all the questions. But I would like the hotel to consider to have more counters during the peak hours as the queue is very long. Maybe cater only from Fri to Sun. I had waited for half an hour to check-in.

Very nice place, the hotel ha it's own beach. Cleaning is good. The staff is friendly. Fantastic breakfasts. The hotel is very good for families with children too. I have visited Singapore two times this year and every time I stayed at Rasa Sentosa. I am going to stay at this hotel next time too.

My daughter loved the Kids Corner at the main hotel restaurant and found the hotel to be very child friendly with Kids Club, swimming pools and beach. Trapizza restaurant had excellent pasta & pizza and little play area for young kids. Swimming pools & water slides werent great as well. I chose this hotel to get away from the city and to just relax so was fantastic in that respect. We upgraded to a family room which meant we were on the first floor and was handy to the pool and kids
