Overall its value for money with large room space unlike others, but expect what ** Hotel can offer you.... Its like what you pay is what you get, thats it.... Food is mostly oriental and english breakfast..proximity.... Near to ladies gate of Haram. The Hotel location is perfect, and the staff are very receptive. We reserved a senior suit at the 10th floor, it was new (renovated), equiped with all what we need. The breakfast buffet was satisfactory. I suppose the Hotel is good value for money.

Noise of renovations up to 21:30!!. Very bad air conditioner. A marble tile fell-off from the wash basin in the bathroom, narrowly missing my foot. Two much noise in the room due to maintenance work upstairs. Lots of drilling and hammering sounds, especially worse in the bathroom. Dangerously hot water in the bathroom. Basement parking was full, no alternative was offered. When I went there I found that my booking was canceled without any notification, so I spent more time to make a new one with same conditions I asked before; parking is so small, so it's not easy to find one, although it's stated on booking that parking is available. Parking always full. the room needs serious renovation immediately. The room makes u feels like a no star hotel. I think the management is working on the renovation project. The ground floor staff were not receptive I stayed in executive room yet I was not given the hotel's car park. I had to park a long distance away. Renovation work going on at the moment so noisy during the day. Soft pillows, even the extra set of pillows was soft. Quality of bed was OK. Internet always problem for connection and low signal. nothing. No adequate lighting in the bath room and also the fittings inside needs replacement. No flow for water inside it. Despite repeated requests, daily complementary coffee and tea were not provided on a timely basis.
