  Great Suite which went across the top floor of a chalet bungalow. There were 2 bedrooms, a sitting area with fridge and kettle, and a shower room. This was our own private space. Excellent breakfast; a typical Russian hot cooked course e.g. pancakes with sour cream,syrinki. Fruit juice, cold meats, cheese, biscuits and either tea or coffee. The family don't speak English but have a friend who acts as an interpreter via the - I would definitively recommend this B&B. Ludmila, the owner, was so nice and helpful. Even though she didn't speak English she managed to help us organise our trip back to Moscow (trains, taxi, etc). She gave us biscuits and tea when we came back in the afternoon, the breakfast was delicious!! and she even offered to prepare us lunch! which was very good too. With the help of a friend (who helped us with translation) we could chat a little resulting in a very interesting conversation. Stayi

  We enjoyed our stay at Pavlovskoe podvorie very much! The location was good, easy to get to the center of the town and to the monasteries. The staff is very friendly, it is a family who owns this place, they picked us up at Vladimir train station and took to Suzdal for a reasonable price, were very nice and polite, gave useful advice about visitin... vad folk säger » g the town, places to eat, etc. The house was very clean and comfortable, with all the necessary devices.   We stayed together with my boyfriend for 2 nights. We were alone in the whole floor so nobody could bisturb us. Everything was very clean, nice hosts, very hospitable. I am not sure if they can speak English or other foreign languages but we didn't need it. They took us to bus station by car for free on the last day, it was very nice from them. Station is located quite far - This guesthouse is amazing value for money and the owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming. From home-grown vegetables to a wonderful Russian breakfast, there was everything to make the stay wonderful. If you want a real Russian experience with a lovely Russian family, then stay here.

  Irina was a fantastic host & provided a lovely breakfast. They were incredibly helpful in providing us with a lift to the bus station. Although a little out of town, everything in Suzdal is still walking distance. Brilliant little B&B! - The house is very beautiful, like from fairytale.   Very nice location, just a short walk - and you see a beautiful landscape with the river and the Kremlin. The room was very cosy, the soft woody smell gave it a homely atmoshpere. - Great hotel for a good price! Clean, comfortable, spacious, good enough breakfast, complimentary tea and water in the room.   The room was very clean and well furnished, and the hotel grounds were attractive. The staff was friendly enough and spoke English reasonably well. The breakfast was big and good. The hotel is located a bit far from the Kremlin -- probably about a 20 minute walk -- but it's doable. It took about an hour to walk to the bus station from the hote... vad folk säger » l, but it would be quicker if it weren't snowy. The Monastery of St. Euthymius is right across te street. - The hotel is in an excellent location to explore the amazing town of Suzdal. Having booked a junier suite I found the room well apportioned and comfortable. A good selection of restaurants on site with menus including English translation; something you have to normally request and not alsways get in Russia. The whole ennvironment at the hotel is relaxing and the spa facilities are excellent.
