  Staff was very friendly, helpful with advise, directions and spoke English very well. We were able to buy Hermitage tickets at the front desk and avoud waiting in line which was a great benefit since it was very crowded. The hotel was nothing special to look at (located on a busy side street a few blocks from Nevitsky) but was very convenient from - This hotel is centrally located and withi easy walking distance to most major sights. The staff were friendly and polite and helped me with tours. Through the hotel we found an excellent tour guide and toured with her for three days. Hotel also had a driving service to transport us to and from the airport and train station. Everyone spoke English. The only negative issue we had was that the omplimentary coffe was awful. Tea was great though. They have a 24 house complementary refreshment area,

  It is a very worthy hotel. Nice, clean, neat, 5 min by feet to the nearest metro station. Breakfast is good (coffee, tea,milk, hot and cold starters, english toasts, juices).
