  Friendly and easy going place - we had a private room with shared showers and toilet which were spotlessly clean. By Moscow standards very good value, and we appreciated the free secure baggage storage room. It even has a currency exchange machine with better rates than the on street exchanges. Free fast wifi in all rooms and all public areas and... vad folk säger » care easy to find from the metro. As we were travelling the next day it was essential to get our visas registered and we expected to pay - 600 rouble - The staff couldn't have been nicer. The facilities were very nice (much nicer than I expected in a hostel) and it was so well priced. Right around the corner from a huge police precinct, so it's also very safe.

  Sergey was awesome!! I don't speak Russian so we had to use our phones to communicate, he does know some English which is helpful. I have stayed in several countries, hotels and hostels, I would have to say Sergey is the nicest staff member I have met.
