Accommodation had everything needed (except extra pillows!) and was in a good location close to the Metro and shops. It was very clean and comfortable.

The apartment was too hot and you could not turn off the radiator.It was also a nightmare to find! Even with the Hotel on the phone to our taxi driver he could not find it!

Close to the railway station and Metro so easy access from airport and to city centre.

location near main railway station. good facilities more than hotel. huge room

very difficult to find, need the help of local people but most of them can't speak English. No luggage left behind service, if u arrive early or left late, your luggage will be a problem.

Location, shops, restaurants, metro and railway station around the corner, quiet, bright and clean.

very small bathroom, especially the washing basin is so small that the floor is covered with water when you use the basin.

Good location, close 5min walk to metro station, on two good metro lines, whole city easily accessible. Clean and comfortable. Would definitely use it again.

The location and convenience of having a proper kitchen, space to move around and a 24 hour supermarket next door!

The decor was very Soviet Russia... If you ignore that and focus on the convenience and cleanliness, you'll realise how practical it is. The only other downside is the tv does not have cable, so no channels with english speaking programmes. Everything either Russian or dubbed in russian. Although, is watching Tv that important when visiting this great city!?
