The staff are helpful and brought over extra linen when we asked. The apartment is cozy and comfortable and a good size for three or four. There is a washing machine. You can take the trolleybus to the city centre. It takes about 15 minutes on the bus to get to Red Square. Apartment is close to Belorusskaya station.

Difficult to find at first. You have to tell the staff in advance when you are coming so they can meet you there. A bit confusing about the process of meeting/getting the key. Language barrier a bit of a problem too (although we used the electronic devices to translate our conversation). They did not accept credit card only cash. Not enough utensils or kitchenware in the kitchen. Windows had to be left open because it was hot which let the mosquitoes and the smoke from people smoking outside.
Bedframe broken on arrival,oven broken could not be used,inadequate amount of kitchen utensils,furniture very old and worn, bedlinen poor,not enough towels.
