Hotel location is EXCELLENT, walking distance to a lot of attractions and restaurants(/fast food). There is a bus stop just opposite the hotel if you need to go to Moscow train station. Our room was cleaned every day. The receptionists are friendly and speaks english. We loved the breakfast, there are 5 choices and served at your preferred time. Wifi is good.

We loved the staff, Julia, the Manager was really kind. She cooked breakfast for us anytime we woke up and she found us a very cheap taxi when we had to go back to the airport. The room was not that big but it was clean. Bathrooms were also cleaned often during the day and the had shampoos, conditioner and hand wash refilled daily! The breakfast has a lot of variety with fresh fruit, juices, cereals, breads... The location was the most valuable point anyway. Its close to every historical place.

staff had excellent English and were extremely helpful and friendly. I was able to use facilities at other hotels in the Nevsky Hotels chain, some of which were more upmarket, which was a very good deal. - The hotel was nice, clean and the staff was very friendly.
