Very helpful staff especially as had problems with delayed baggage. Provided robes, slippers, fruit, water, tea and coffee. Room clean. Great air conditioning and shower. Breakfast satisfactory. Although very small windows, little noise from outside. Close to all transport links.

This is my second visit to this hotel, location is good, it is near to underground station, breakfast and diner are good too. I can not say: Staff are so friendly and they do not know english, but staff of reception knows english and they are very frendly.

The room size, bed, comfort, breakfast, the bathroom are all great. The whole hotel is a part of the Petroff Palace, and that makes it a really interesting place to visit. You see the old restored Russian palace and stay in a 4 star hotel. The restoration is new, and everything inside and out is newly painted and restored. Also, all safety measures are fully compliant with the most stringent Russian rules.

Fresh, new and well equipped hotel at wise price - that's not so common appearance in Moscow...
Location - it's just a few steps from pedestrian street Arbat.
Metro station is just around the corner, but at the same time it doesn't bring You any unconfortability, any noise.
Breakfast was good (sparkling wine is included) - my proposal would be to book the room including breakfast . It's not so cheap if You buy it separately (~ 1100 Rubles).
