Bra läge och toppen med pool
Läget nära de centrala delarna av Albufeira. Enkelt men trevligt hotell.
Fantastic value for money - the room was huge and all the facilities were there that I needed. Staff were really friendly and helpful. I was really surprised at the standard of the hotel for the small price.

Very clean / great price/ close to old town
This hotel is as it says on "the box" Good value not basic but not 4*. having stayed before 2 years ago we knew what to expect and were pleasantly surprised to find it better than last time, breakfast had been improved. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Going back again soon
Apartments are being built opposite, not a problem when we were there..apparently road is being changed to pedestrian area sometime next year. Tea and coffee making in bedrooms would help

Chiefly the cleanliness, the competitive price and the proximity to the town centre.
A couple of times my partner and I went short of toilet paper-perhaps at least two rolls per day is sufficient. Also ventilation in the toilet: perhaps extractor fans could be installed.

Tea / coffee making facilities in the rooms would be beneficial to clients, as would some extra tv channels in the rooms ( english if possible, satellite maybe? )
Close to old town centre and to beach
I loved its location and the ease to find parking. The rooms were a very good size with lots of storage for cloths. Bathroom was also a very good size and very clean with shower and bath tub. We were also impressed with the pressure of the shower..
Last morning we got up earlier than usual (7:30) and found that the shower was not hot. Not sure this was a problem only on this day or that the water heater is on a timer and normally you have sufficient hot water around 8:30. Also I would suggest energy efficient shower heads to conserve the comsumption of water.
people who are working there are really nice and localization....it's the best! so close to the centre

Superb location for the centre of Albufeira, although the hotel is on a bit of a hill it's only about 150 metres
The rooms are a bit noisy you can hear people closing doors etc

Building work opposite was not mentioned, however it did not create too much inconvenience/noise
The hotel is very close to the city center and to the beach, but it is not noisy, it is in a quiet area. The hotel staff was very helpy, they helped us to rent a car etc. Room was plain but very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ok, not a big variety but ok.
The view - in the opposite of the hotel they are building two buildings, so it was not a nice look, sometimes it was a little bit noisy - during the day. We didn´t use the swimming pool, which is on the roof - nice position, but was very small.
Small personal hotel, staff were attentitive and the choice of continental breakfast was very good. It is also slightly out of the main part of the resort. Pool area is a sun trap!
