The family were fantastic nothing was too much trouble. As a large group
of friends 13 in total all needs were catered for. If information or
requests needed and not understood all we needed to do was type request
onto the computer and it was translated for the manager and answered for

The family were so helpful, nothing was too much trouble,breakfast was good and so well presented.
Room was clean but small but not a problem location good not far to walk to main shopping and tourist areas.
Very good restaurant so near to Joel, as the family they recommended to us .

Very nice and new looking hotel. Had a double bed room and the room was
spacious and very comfortable, felt homey. Bathroom very elegant and had
all the amenities. Breakfast was not too bad, but not amazing. Location
to Krupowki street was about 20-30min walk. Not a bad walk during the
day but street is eerily empty at night. Take a cab for 15-20z

We have stayed here twice now and would unreservedly recommend this hotel to anyone,the staff are friendly,polite and helpful,the attention to detail is first rate and the setting is perfect,stunning countryside yet only a short distance from Zakopane centre.We aim to return as soon as we can.

The staff was very friendly, we asked for the room with a mountain view and we got a nice one with a balcony (even if it was only a standard room). We enjoyed our stay in this hotel very much! It is very close to the center of Zakopane by foot and to the bus station. The staff was very nice, the room was huge, the bathroom was clean, there were bottles of free mineral water in the rooms everyday. The breakfast was the best I've seen in a while, there was a big variaty of food to choose from. The wellness part was also very clean, well organized, with everything you need to chill out. The parking was free in the hotel's own parking lot the

Rooms were spacious, clean and had plenty of shelves to place items of clothing away which don't require hanging space.
Also the location was quiet with wonderful views.
Staff always offering to help out with tips and phone calls on our behalf.
