  Very comfortable and clean room. Excellent buffet breakfast. Highly efficient and charming staff. Free WiFi, although there was some difficulty connecting on our last day.   Location is really good - just a few minutes walk from old town square. Breakfasts were good but with limited choice of food. Helpful and very kind staff speaking fluently German and English. - Great accommodation, The lady on reception was lovely.   The staff all seemed nice and friendly, although they weren’t very quick at clearing tables during breakfast. The breakfast was very nice, as was the free fruit, tea, coffee and hot chocolate throughout the day. The free WiFi was a great bonus. The hotel has excellent double glazing, which is needed as there are three street cafes outside the hote... vad folk säger » l, which stay open until very late and then the bin lorry comes at 5:30am each day too! The hotel is in a great location for walking to the old town, - The coffee / hot chocolate free machine in the lobby - came in very handy! The hotel was very modern, ipads in reception free of use, rooms were all controlled by panel on wall. Breakfast was great, my husband really enjoyed the pancakes with nutella!!! and they had many other selections and lovely pastries as well. Location - approx 10 to 15 mins walk to main square and 15 to 20 min walk to bus or train station or you could catch a tram (once we worked out which one to catch).

  The guy that looks after the apartment was very friendly and helpful. We left an item in the apartment and he was great in communicating with us and got it back to us before we left Wroclaw :) The apartment was lovely, nicely decorated and very clean. The mattress was a very good memory foam, wonderfully comfy and the shower room was clean with a ... vad folk säger » powerful shower. Tea and filter coffee were provided in the kitchen and although the kitchen does not have an oven there was a 2 hob hotplate which wa - Greg the owner is a really friendly guy. There was somebody upstairs making noise one day and he came straight over and sorted it out for us. He felt very bad even though it wasn't his fault! His apartment was spotless, comfortable and in a perfect position close to the old town and a supermarket. Would recommend to budget conscious travelers that want a bit of extra comfort.

  fairly new living appartment, clean, well located, flat option itself is even better than average economy class hotel having in mind living space and commodities. The area around the facility is monitored by security services, so probably safe enough if you arrive by car.   This hotel is in an excellent location, only a 5 minute walk from the main square and tourist attractions. Just around the corner is a large shopping mall ( Galeria Dominikanska ) and tram stops. The staff at this hotel are friendly and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel itself was very good value for money. The room was a good size with usual facilities, although there is no air condition - The Staff is is very good and helping. I had to stay a full day in the Hotel because of rainfall duringmy trip. But the hotel was so cozy and homely that It was very good to stay even in Hotel room for a long day. The location of the hotel is Superb and very near to almost all the places to visit in Wroclaw. The Breakfast is also very good, rooms are clean and time-to-time serviced. It is a great value for the money I paid for the stay.

  Staff very helpful & did our laundry when they could not figure out how to use the apartments washer. Service beyond our dreams. The location was right in the town plaza. Note that this is a vacation room/apartment organization that has many varied units in the area and is not a hotel, per se. - I liked friendly and professional Staff....   The location was excellent, right in the middle of the most popular square just across the road from the Irish pub and overhead the English bar yet still very quite at night. There is an offlicence and shop next door. The view of the square is fab. The checking in was simple and quick as was the checking out. The apartment itself is a little basic but still has all that is need - The girl from the reception was very friendly and efficient, the flat we stayed is charming, clean and spacious, well located in the heart of Wroclaw and close to good coffes, restaurants, bars and the historical center. And theres a parking included in the price, and everyone knows how hard is to park in the centre of town =) Was really a good experience!
