As two girls going on a budget citytrip, the hostel was fine for us. The rooms were cleaned well when we came, spaceous, had a shower cabin in the room separated by a curtain, all in all nothing special but great when you are busy all day and just need a place to sleep. Also free wifi worked well and the personnel provided city maps, booklets with information etcetera. I love the girls who work there! The personal is really friendly and they are able to help you as much as they can.
i also like the you have your own shower in the bedroom, something that is really comfortable. The reception is 24h and the place is really calm.

The location - it's near good transport connections.
Beds are not made and the room is not cleaned between your stay. For us that was fine (4 days) but maybe not so much when you go longer. Don't expect to be able to cook dinner there, the kitchen is small, but you can find budget restaurants in Old Town so I would suggest going there.
Maybe the only bad thing i could say is that the beds are not really comfortable, they are old and very thin.

very old furnishing, floors are very dirty. rooms are at the second floor and no elevator so u have to carry your luggage. i also forgot one of my stuff at the hostel, when i asked receptionist to send it to Krakow i had to argue with her, unwilling to help.
The linen was not very clean, or just blankets should be washed, because they were quite smelly.
Have to be more well indicated.
I would not recommend it. It's quite hard to find. It's into an internal courtyard and the signs leading to it are not big enough and are not well placed. The rooms are smelly and they cannot be aired since the windows cannot be opened.
