  The staff all seemed nice and friendly, although they weren’t very quick at clearing tables during breakfast. The breakfast was very nice, as was the free fruit, tea, coffee and hot chocolate throughout the day. The free WiFi was a great bonus. The hotel has excellent double glazing, which is needed as there are three street cafes outside the hote... vad folk säger » l, which stay open until very late and then the bin lorry comes at 5:30am each day too! The hotel is in a great location for walking to the old town, - The coffee / hot chocolate free machine in the lobby - came in very handy! The hotel was very modern, ipads in reception free of use, rooms were all controlled by panel on wall. Breakfast was great, my husband really enjoyed the pancakes with nutella!!! and they had many other selections and lovely pastries as well. Location - approx 10 to 15 mins walk to main square and 15 to 20 min walk to bus or train station or you could catch a tram (once we worked out which one to catch).

  I loved the building and history. i loved the setting in nature with lots of trees, river and garden. it was autumn it had a special beauty. The rooms were comfortable with a view to the garden. Easy access. Parking for the car. The nicest breakfast we had on our trip. Home made banana fritters and hot sausages, home made jams and sauces an... vad folk säger » d plenty more. would have liked to have taken a few days rest there but this was not possible. - Wonderful place, charming Owner who cooks herself - and does it very good. Amazing garden.

The rooms and meals were of very high quality and yet reasonably priced. The staff were friendly and helpful. A wonderful location for a relaxing break and a sense of luxury without breaking the bank. The surroundings were rural and relaxing but small towns not far away.
